Every new department starts with a 1-month free trial. You enter a payment card when you subscribe, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Department admins can change plans, update the card on file, or cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals, and your department keeps access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
